Day 47-3: -$13.75 (-7 BB at $1/2)

Level: +$13.25 in 3.50 table hours (+7 BB at $1/2)
Overall: +$120.15 in 97.82 table hours

I actually played this session a while ago, but didn't have the time to post anything.

Hand 1: I sucked out on this hand. I should just call the turn bet because the one card flush draw is a little too weak and he never folds a better hand.

Preflop: Hero is Button with Ad, Th.
2 folds, Hero raises, SB calls, BB 3-bets, Hero calls, SB calls.

Flop: (9 SB) 2h, Ah, 7h (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero calls, SB calls.

Turn: (6 BB) Jd (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Heroraises, SB folds, BB calls.

River: (10 BB) Kh (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls.

Results:
BB has Kd Ac (two pair, aces and kings).
Hero has Ad Th (flush, ace high).

Hand 2: I don't know if there's really much you can do against the free showdown raise when you have a medium-strength hand OOP.

Preflop: Hero is SB with 4c, Ah.
3 folds, Hero raises, BB calls.

Flop: (4 SB) Ad, 5c, 3c (2 players)
Hero bets, BB calls.

Turn: (3 BB) 9h (2 players)
Hero bets, BB raises, Hero calls.

River: (7 BB) Js (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks.

Results:
BB has 4d 9s (one pair, nines).
Hero has 4c Ah (one pair, aces).

Hand 3: I considered check-raising the turn, but decided that I wanted to get to cheaply showdown instead of trying to squeeze marginal value out of a marginal hand.

Preflop: Hero is SB with 3s, Ad.
3 folds, Hero raises, BB 3-bets, Hero calls.

Flop: (6 SB) 8c, 5s, 3h (2 players)

Hand 4: Every now and then...

Preflop: Hero is SB with Kc, Kh.
UTG raises, 3 folds, Hero 3-bets, 1 fold, UTG caps, Hero calls.

Flop: (9 SB) 9d, 9s, 6h (2 players)
Hero bets, UTG raises, Hero 3-bets, UTG caps, Hero calls.

Turn: (8.50 BB) 7s (2 players)
Hero bets, UTG raises, Hero calls.

River: (12.50 BB) 7c (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero calls.

Results:
Hero has Kc Kh (two pair, kings and nines).
UTG has As Ac (two pair, aces and nines).

Hand 5: I didn't know what to make of his river donk here. His river bet is awful unless he's able to fold to a raise. My flop call is a little loose with the flush draw on the board, but I think it's tolerable.

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Qc, Kd.
Hero raises, 1 fold, CO calls, 1 fold, SB 3-bets, 1 fold, Hero calls, CO calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 4h, Th, Ad (3 players)
SB bets, Hero calls, CO calls.

Turn: (6.50 BB) Jh (3 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, CO folds, SB calls.

River: (10.50 BB) 3d (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

Results:
SB has Ac Jc (two pair, aces and jacks).
Hero has Qc Kd (straight, ace high).

Hand 6: Turn bluff and river value bet in one hand. The flop is a little loose again, but I still think it's tolerable.

Preflop: Hero is MP with Kh, Th.
1 fold, MP raises, Button calls, 1 fold, BB calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 2s, 9d, 4d (3 players)

Hand 7: This is a hand where I wanted to get to showdown cheaply against a LAG.

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8c, Qd.

Flop: (4 SB) Kc, Qc, 5c (4 players)
